Description

Videos captured using caustics microscopy of Porphyromonas gingivalis directly above control and lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated human gingival fibroblast monolayers. The videos were used to extract trajectory information and quantify the diffusive behaviour of Porphyromonas gingivalis in real-time at biological interfaces and in the extracellular space above cells.
