Schleyer, Genevieve (2026) Videos: Cell-specific extracellular environments influence nanoparticle dynamics in a surface chemistry-dependent manner. [Data Collection]
Description
Videos of caustic signatures generated by gold negatively- (citrate) and positively (BPEI) charged nanoparticles above a human keratinocyte monolayer (HaCaT). Nanoparticles are dispersed in Dulbecco's modified Eagle medium (DMEM) supplemented with 10% or 0% fetal bovine serum (FBS). T1-3 indicate the time at which particles were tracked following exposure to the cell layer i.e. 15, 60 and 105 minutes. H1-4 indicate the height range relative to the cell layer in which particles were tracked in the solution i.e. 20-25, 45-50, 70-75 and 95-100 µm.
