Description
Plymouth University contribution to ARCoES, conducted a number of event-driven storm surveys at selected coastal nuclear power station sites. Four storm surveys have been carried out: • Seascale (Sellafield) – January 2013; this was a full storm survey with team of researchers. • Sizewell - March 2013; this was more of a pilot storm survey with only a few instruments deployed • Lilstock (Hinckley Point) – December 2013; this was a full storm survey with team of researchers. • Bradwell – September 2015 to May 2016; this was a long-term deployment of pressure sensors.
