Description

This folder consists of Bruker single voxel PRESS MRS data and T2 weighted anatomical data. 1) PRESS MRS and T2 TurboRARE data from 9L rat GBM model (JAS treated and saline treated on days T0, T6) 2) PRESS MRS and T2 TurboRARE data from F98 rat GBM model (JAS treated and saline treated on days T0, T3, T6, T8) 3) PRESS MRS and T2 TurboRARE data from GL261 mice GBM model (JAS treated and saline treated on days T0, T3, T6, T10) Single voxel (2x2x2 mm3) spectra were acquired from the tumor as well as the contralateral normal brain using a PRESS sequence: TR = 2500 ms for rat data (2000 ms for mice), TE1 = 9.13 ms and TE2= 7.37 ms, number of averages=256 for rat data studies (150 for mice data experiments), complex points = 2048 and spectral width = 4401 Hz. T2 weighted images using a RARE sequence (TR/effective TE of 4167/33 ms, 0.3 mm slice thickness, FOV = 30x30 mm2, 256 × 256 matrix, RARE factor=8).
