Description
This is the raw data from the paper "A scalable synthesis approach to antimony selenide solar cells" It consists of the electrical and materials properties of the Devices and samples from this paper. There is XRD and DSC measurements of Sb2Se3, and J-V, EQE, and C-V measurements of Sb2Se3 devices deposited by CSS and evaporation and with either TiO2 or CdS window layers.
