Description
This spreadsheet contains all of the speeches delivered in the British parliament during the various stage of the EU WIthdrawal Bill. The first author created a corpus consisting of all the parliamentary speeches on the EU (Withdrawal) Act 2018. The long title of this piece of legislation is “A Bill to repeal the European Communities Act 1972 and make other provision in connection with the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the EU.” Full details of this bill’s passage through parliament, including direct links to speeches in Hansard, can be found here. https://bills.parliament.uk/bills/2045/stages
