Supplementary data for: Charles et al Rapid artificial selection decouples morphology and biomechanics in the dog The data is organised into 2 folders: Code & Data: Contains raw morphology and biomechanics data from each dog and the comparative data set, as well as R code to analyse the data and produce the graphs seen in the manuscript Models & Data: Contains motion capture and force plate data from each dog, as well as generic breed biomechanical models and the associated data needed to scale these models to match inidividual dogs in OpenSim. Motion data needed to animate these models is also provided, along with settings files to run through the standard OpenSim framework of Scaling-> Inverse Kinematics->Inverse Dynamics
