IResource	Base interface representing a resource.
IResourceManager	User interface of the resource manager.

Exception Summary

CapabilityNotAvailableException	This exception is thrown when a specific Object is requested from a resource and the resource does not have that capability.
ResourceNotRegisteredException	Exception that is thrown when an access to a resource is attempted that is currently not registered at the resource manager.
