STMBJ data for a specific phenothiazine molecule measured in various solvents (mesitylene, deep eutectic solvent, propylene carbonate). ECSTM data for the electrochemistry STM work on the phenothiazine molecule. Two different reference electrodes were used (Pt and Ag/AgCl). Cyclic voltammetry data for the phenothiazine molecule. Two different reference electrodes were used (Pt and Ag/AgCl). Structure was shown in the file named "Structure.docx". STMBJ and ECSTM: Metadata on the specific experiment is given as folder name Each folder contains RAW: raw data, continously acquired CHOPPED: chopped data - single scan with 4-channel output in volts EXPORTEDSCANS: processed data, 2 column distance-conductance in units of G0. Data can be reanalysed with the routine enclosed. Requires python 2.7. Chopper.py chops RAW data to give CHOPPED data. SM3000.py analyses CHOPPED data to give EXPORTEDSCANS. EXPORTED SCANS are plotted in Origin. We used a modified version of Scanmaster3000 (SM3000.py) originally programmed by Doug Szumski: https://github.com/dougszumski/Scanmaster-3000 To analyse data: put raw .gz in the "raw" folder run chopper.py run sm3000.py export scans as ASCII table for further analysis in Origin/Matlab/Igor/etc. Any query to sgxqiao2@liverpool.ac.uk
