The study was to try and understand the risk of antimicrobial resistant bacteria being transferred to the workers at the slaughterhouse. The sampling involved taking environmental samples, from the floor of the slaughterhouse, the water, the carcass, the instruments used, the box used to transport the meat to the butchers, and the slaughterhouse workers hands. We isolated E. coli from each sample, and then we performed antimicrobial sensitivity testing on the samples. There are 3 spreadsheets, the first spreadsheet is descriptive, the second sheet are the results of the AST testing, and the final spreadsheet is the codebook.
