The data contained within this repository is the supporting information for Monika Lisauskaite's PhD thesis titled "Target Deconvolution in Anti-Wolbachia and Antimalarial Drug Development".

It contains protein LC-MS/MS data analysis results generated from the protein pull-down on Wolbachia infected Aedes albopictus cells. 
Note: NaN corresponds to Non-Assigned Number (values that were originally equal to zero when proteins were not detected my mass spectrometer, i.e., before the log transformation during processing)

This data was generated using MaxQuant 2.0.3.0 and Perseus 1.6.14.0. The settings used are outlined in Chapter 2 subsection '2.5.5 LC-MS/MS Data Analysis of Proteomics Samples'.
