The files presented here are labelled with a prefix denoting the type of measurement data, i.e. (JV), (EQE) or (XRD), followed by a sample ID and then the substrate (CdS), (SnO2), (CdSe). For JV measurements, the file ID also indicates the MgCl2 treatment temperature used (410C, 420C, 430C). JV data is presented as an excel file, with the "Average" sheet showing the average performance parameters for all devices for the particular sample set. The X/Y coordinates denote the position of the cell on the 3x3 device. The raw JV curves can be found under the appropriate sheet heading, with device "_01" corresponding to 5Torr CSS growth, increasing up to device "_07" for 400Torr CSS growth pressure. EQE and XRD data is presented as a .opju file which can be opened in OriginLab software. The data is ordered into subfolders for the different treament temperatures and within each folder, there is raw and normalised data labelled by CSS growth pressure.
