Readme This repository comprises all 1393 Anopheles analyses for the laboratory studies. It also includes the 1551 samples from wild mosquitoes and larval collected from Neston, in the UK. The files are Waters RAW data files, one per smaple, and the association between indiviual files/studies. The corresponding analysis abd figure is included in the spreadsheet (Excel) or the identical .csv file.
