Single-molecule conductance raw data in ASCII format, readable with many commercial and free-to-use software. Data is organised in tab-separated columns, and the column are SAMPLE# - PIEZO POSITION - BIAS VOLTAGE - AMPLIFIER OUTPUT The amplifier output is in Volts, and can be converted to current (amperes) using the the amplification factor of 1E6 V/A used for this dataset. All data acquired at 20 kSa/s. Structures are included in the zip file. Processed data is available in the sub-folders (procXXX), as 3-column ASCII SAMPLE# - BIAS - CURRENT (nA) Labview routines for data analysis also provided. FEMTO_FREEHOLD Data Cruncher converts raw data in processed data. FEMTO_Gaussian Fit can fit a 2D map with a series of Gaussians They require Labview 2019 to be run.
