Giorgi, Francesco (2021) Supplementary material - Dissertation: Particles dynamics at the nanoscale. [Data Collection]
Description
This supporting material consists of a series of videos showing the motion and interaction with surfaces of Escherichia coli bacteria over time. The frame rate of each video is 5x the original acquisition frame rate. The working concentration of Escherichia coli bacteria used is 10^8 CFU/mL. Each test was conducted at 37 °C exposing the bacteria to control glass surface or to glass surface treated with BKC following the procedure described in the materials and methods section of the dissertation.
