STM-I(t) Data for 6-carboxylate, 7-acrylate, and 8-squarate. All data acquired at a bias voltage of 100 mV and a current setpoint ranging between 4-8 nA. 6-carboxylate dataset contains 200 traces of 1000 ms and 103 traces of 500 ms. A total of 169 traces were selected from the former, and 77 from the latter (207.5 seconds). 7-acrylate contains 2001 traces of 500 ms each. A total of 194 traces were selected (97 seconds). 8-squarate contains 2634 traces of 500 ms each. A total of 347 traces were selected (173.5 seconds). Python codes included. To analyse raw data: - copy "1 - Remove Header.bat" into the folder that contains raw traces - execute "1 - Remove Header.bat" to remove file headers - put the raw traces in the "Dataset" folder within Python-1D-analysis - run bgrem3pv.py - execute "2 - Merge.bat" to combine all traces into a single file To analyse lifetime for 2D plots: - copy "3 - Process for 2D-analysis.bat" into the folder that contains processed traces - execute "3 - Process for 2D-analysis.bat" - run slicit2.py Import scans for further analysis into Origin/Matlab/Igor/Prism/etc. Please email inco.planje@kcl.ac.uk or nichols@liverpool.ac.uk for any questions.
