STM-BJ Data for 1-5, 6-carboxylate, 7-acrylate, and 8-squarate.
All data acquired at a 100 mV bias voltage (except for 7-acrylate, where 200 mV was used).

Scanmaster python code included.


To analyse raw data:
- copy the desired .gz file into the "raw" folder within "Python Scanmaster"
- run chopper.py
- run sm3000.py

Import scans for further analysis into Origin/Matlab/Igor/Prism/etc.
