<keywords>NATO Generic Destroyer, NATO-GD, Ship Wind Loading, Wind Tunnel Load Measurements</keywords>
This data repository entry provides results from a wind tunnel experiment in which wind loads for the NATO Generic Destroyer topside geometry (i.e., above the waterline) were measured around the full azimuth of wind directions. The dataset consists of coefficients for drag and side forces, and roll and yaw moments, which were measured for a 1:200 scale model of the ship (equivalent to 0.75 m total ship length).
