These files relate to the following article published in Scientific Reports.

The data they contain were used to produce the results in Tables 1 & 2 and Figures 1 & 2. Data points based on temperature data obtained from the UK Met Office have been removed, because we do not have permission to redistribute these data. However, the data points can easily be calculated from the raw data, which is available as follows.
The UKCP09 daily gridded climate dataset from 1960 to 2011 is publicly available, following registration at [https://www.metoffice.gov.uk/climatechange/science/monitoring/ukcp09/download/index.html].
The UKCP09 daily gridded climate dataset from 2012 to 2015 is available upon reasonable request from the National Climate Centre at the UK Met Office and subject to a confidentiality agreement.

Note that the data used to produce Figure 3 have not been provided, because they would allow individual farms to be identified. This is not permitted under the terms of the confidentiality agreement with the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA), who supplied the data.
