METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION

1. Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: During a visit to farmers a questionnaire was collected by 
face to face interview and faecal and bulk tank milk samples collected. The samples were analysed at a laboratory in the Department of Infection Biology

Questionnaire data were entered into a database (Epi InfoTM version 7.0) and subsequently exported as a spreadsheet into MS Excel.Laboratory results were created in an MS Excel file
