The samples were analysed at a laboratory in the Department of Infection Biology University of Liverpool 2. Methods for processing the data: Questionnaire data were entered into a database (Epi InfoTM version 7.0) and subsequently exported as a spreadsheet into MS Excel.Laboratory results were created in an MS Excel file 3.
